* Those who place an order in Japan are encouraged to come to our company's office in Tokyo for taking precise measurements of a puppy and receiving an end product. As for those who place an order from outside Japan, we will discuss how to deal with it depending on the situation of each country and the customers' circumstances.
* An order cannot be cancelled nor refunded after it is definitely accepted ( a sales contract is made ).
* As it is a fully custom-made product, there are slight differences in painting and size between individual products.
