Handling of all or any part of personal information entered will not be outsourced.

Upon your request, the Company agrees to notification and/or disclosure of the purpose of use of the personal information entered, as well as correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use and elimination of the content of the said information.

7．Notes regarding the entry of personal information 

Please note that the Company may not be able to reply to your inquiry unless the required fields in the “Inquiry Form” are entered correctly.

8．Acquisition of personal information by the methods you are unable to recognize easily 

The Company does not gather personal information using the methods that you cannot recognize easily such as cookies.

Residents in any one of EEA member countries, namely a member country of the EU, and Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway are requested to read the following notes.

・ Personal information will be transferred to Japan, and stored in the company(Soliton Systems K.K.)’s server in Japan. 
Soliton Systems K.K. will manage personal information of the respondents in an appropriate manner while Japan has not been certified yet by the European Commission with respect to compliance with the criteria for data protection. 

・ A respondent has the right to require the company(Soliton Systems K.K.) the access to his/her own personal data, correction of his/her incorrect data, and restriction to data processing during the verification of the correctness of personal data.
