The program contents and schedule may subject to change.
We will not refund any fees which you may have paid to us if such variation of the Program is as a result of the occurrence of extraordinary events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God (such as typhoon and earthquake), terrorism, industrial disputes (including industrial disputes from our employees), fire, and national emergencies. However, we will endeavor to reschedule the cancelled classes and/or activities.
For visa application, basically, Meiji University will provide ONLY the letter of invitation.
All participants are required to purchase a travel insurance to cover the period of their stay in Japan.
Program Fee includes ONLY course-related cost such as tuition fee, class activities and materials. Please note that the fee does not include following items: airfare, travel insurance, travel expenses in and outside of Japan, accommodation, meals, and other personal expenses.
